Mr. Jason Kenady
Frontline Performance Leader
Dear Mr. Jason Kenady,
I have below my e-mail dated May 22, 2014 with SUBJECT: EXPRESS
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REPRESENTATION, for you to see how many
times, actually eight(8) times, from April 24, 2014 to May 22, 2014 where
Mr. Mark Schlick refused to provide me with an express acknowledgment
of myself, Mr. Antonio L. Buensuceso as Miriam C. Buensuceso's
representative on her UNINSURED MOTORIST INJURY CLAIM. I made
my question direct, simple and straight forward for him to respond in a simple
"YES" or "NO" response. I have stressed my point very clearly I needed to
record an "express" acknowledgment of representation not "implied" so that
a letter like the one dated December 18, 2013, addressed to Miriam which
Mr. Mark Schlick sent which tended to aggravate Miriam traumatic condition
will not be maliciously repeated again by Mr. Mark Schlick. Please take
note that Miriam on her e-mail dated August 21, 2013 with subject: Letter of
Authority sent to Mr. Mark Shclick she had already advised Mr. Schlick to
direct communications to me. I have reasons to believe that Mr. Schlick
maliciously sent that December 18, 2013 letter to develop another source of
trauma for Miriam like court proceedings and expenses to weaken our resolve
and to accept a meager settlement Mr. Mark Schlick is offering. To prevent
this from happening again I asked Mr. Mark Schlick to give me an EXPRESS
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REPRESENTATION, so that similar communications
transgressions could be dealt with more severely in the future.
For your appropriate action.
Yours faithfully,
Antonio L. Buensuceso Jr.
