Dear Mr. Mark Schlick,
Please notice the letter you sent to Miriam dated
December 18, 2014, on the left side and the e-mail
from me to you dated August 23, 2013, below.
You know well that Miriam is still under
recovery process from the trauma experience due
to the accident, and your letter addressed
to her tends to disappoint and depress her.
I protest your manner of sending communications
as this aggravates farther our painful experience dealing with All State Insurance and
you, most specially.
So, may I humbly request you to send your communications to me not to Miriam
as I informed on my e-mail to you dated August 23, 2013.
May I ask if you have other letters you addressed to Miriam or to me from
September 15, 2013 up to April 2014 which you sent to us but we did not find in
the mail, then, please attach copies of them with your e-mail response to this e-mail.
If you wish to send them through the postal mail then I would want to seek your
indulgence to send them through certified mail to keep them monitored and secured,
