FOOLING ME AROUND and DELAYING TACTICS

Dear Ms. Jovanna Naranjo,
Good morning.
May I inform you that your deeds and omissions had taken a toll on me, mentally and financially. You have subjected me to too much anxiety and uncertainty. You have engaged in fooling me around and employed delaying tactics as you did when you write me that you would like to set up an inspection of my vehicle to make sure that my vehicle was repaired to manufacturer standard, because you should have done this before the car was released by the body repair shop. You have all the opportunity to perform your obligation to inspect but you failed on your duty. This car has been with the body repair shop for three weeks with pictures of the daily updates on the different stages of the repair posted in the body repair shop internet website, you should have done your inspection during this time and not when the car has already been certified repaired up to industry standards.
You know if you have been successful and I just allow you to do your fooling me around and delaying tactics of inspection, what will stop you to ask me that you need to inspect each one of the 100 parts replaced in the car to prolong the claim process? And ironically, you called your act as an extension of your courtesy ? If that is the case then you can just slap my face, and reasoned out you did it because you cared for me ?
Have you not written me that you would like to set up an inspection of my vehicle to make sure that my vehicle was repaired up to manufacturer standard, I should have not take out the car from the market and continue with selling it and most probably have sold it. I do not know for how long you will fool me around and your delaying tactics lasts, hence, to be in compliant with DMV regulations, I have the car registered again and burden the costs of insurance and car registration.
What even more disgusting is the fact that with you fooling me around and doing delaying tactics, I was forced to keep the car which I would want to dispose in the fist place because my daughter did not want to see it any longer.
Again, my plea is expedite processing my diminished value claim and please add an amount value for my car registration and insurance.
