Dear Mr. Mark Schlick,
I am attaching with this e-mail a copy of your introduction of yourself telling me that you are the new claim adjuster to help me out with my claim. I have your exact words written below:
"I will be the new adjuster handling the claim for your accident. It was transferred to me as I understand you were struck by another vehicle that fled the scene and they were responsible for the accident. Please contact me at the number below so we can further discuss your claim."

This showed that you are considering me as a party to the claim and you could not belatedly  assert that Miriam alone can pursue the claim.

Anyways, I have requested her to send you a message to inform you that she is
assigning me as her representative regarding the UNINSURED MOTORIST INJURY CLAIM.

Please give my daughter, Miriam a break. She is still great trauma right now and your letter tends to aggravate her condition, I may have  cite you for your action, as you have put her deeper into great depression and trauma.

Again, please send me a daily update of the status of my claim through e-mail.
If you think an information needed a higher level of security then,send it through
mail to my home address.
