Dear Mr. Mark Schlick,

May I send you again the e-mail which I sent to Ms. Kathy Garcia.

I understand that the  information other than the medical bill which I  have 

submitted have a huge impact as to the value of the injury that Miriam

is suffering right now.

If she wont be able to fight her fear to drive back again in a couple 

of months then I may have to see a trauma specialist to help her out.

Now, please consider these circumstances in evaluating a lump sum

settlement for her UNINSURED MOTORIST INJURY CLAIM.

Dear Ms. Kathy Garcia,

I received from regular mail  a letter from Mr. Mark Schlick dated July 26, 2013 with 

subject : Your Claim Status, and with CLAIM NUMBER : 0291168417 HMS

Likewise, I received from regular mail a letter from you dated July 28, 2013 with

subject : Important Information Regarding Your [Uninsured/Underinsured] Motorist

Bodily Injury Claim, and with CLAIM NUMBER : 0291168417 AKH

I noticed a difference between the claim numbers from  Mr. Mark Schlick it is

0291168417 HMS and 0291168417 AKH from your letter.  What do you think this 

difference could make?

Secondly, about computer program known as Colossus, licensed by Computer

Sciences Corporation which you mentioned in your letter. You explained, Colussus 

had the capability to determine the severity of the injury and the corresponding value 

of the injury. In this aspect, may I be allowed to share,  what I think would worth a 

valuable input data into the Colussus program. Aside from the medical report which 

I have already sent to your office, may I be permitted to expound on Miriam's traumatic 

experience starting on the fateful night of July 26, 2013,

As she vividly recalled while she was looking at the lane to her right, she glanced

on a distance a white car fast  approaching on the lane to her right. She waited

for this white car to pass  but as she turned her eyes back on front, she felt

she had hit by a vehicle from her rear and her car started swerving to the left,

she compared her car's steering wheel to the horn of a raging bull with brutal

force pulling   her car to the left . As she dueled with the steering wheel in 

the midst of roaring car engines, beeping,road screeches  and blinkers, she moved 

to the right then swerved back to the left, then back to the right and then spinned. 

These near death scenes keep haunting her. There are at least three occasions 

that I saw her waking up from her sleep with tears oozing from her eyelids rolling 

down her cheeks  Those are her nightmares she had always wished to take out

of her memories which keep haunting back. Indeed,  a very traumatic experience.

But what even more traumatic is the wrongful appreciation of facts and evidence 

by the concerned police officer, where she was portrayed to be at fault, despite of

the preponderance of  testimonial and circumstantial evidence proving otherwise.

What if she died and could not testify against these lopsided course of accident

investigation?" I might be dead by now, with the killer being poised as the victim

herself by the concerned officer, this is not fair, this is not fair," she lamented.

Because of these traumatic experiences which  she encountered, she feared to

drive. Since the day after June 26, 2013, I have to drive her to her work at

15720 Bernardo Center Dr  San Diego, CA 92127 then picked her up after work and drive her home at 2125 Westinghouse St. San Diego, CA She worked for five to six days in a week .I have to drive her to work and pick her up home, and drive her to places she needed to visit.

 This doubles her expenses for gas and effort  to drive  her to and pick her up from 

work. I am trying to help her to gradually restore faith to herself and convince her

hopefully to drive again.

May you please let me know what Colussus had to say ?

Dear Mr. Mark Schlick,

May I suggest that we communicate through e-mail so that we would have records

of what we have discussed. I have tried to communicate with Ms. Kathy Garcia

many times before but we could not understand each other even with the aid of an 

interpreter. So, please do your communication with me through e-mail.

Look, if my e-mail communications dated August 5, 2013 to Ms. Kathy Garcia 

was done through telephone discussion it was hard to discuss them again with

you. Since the information was recorded it was easier to show them again to you.

You have already a lot of time since August 5, 2013 to come up with an offer

for the settlement of the Uninsured Motorist Injury Claim for my daughter, I believe

you have already a computation of how much is the value of the injury and your basis

thereof. Now, is already August 20, 2013, 15 days past August 5, 2013.

I hope for your kind understanding.
